RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS:

Products purchased from the Gėda Pelėda store may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment, provided that the item: has not been worn or used, has all original tags attached, includes the product passport with its unique number, is in perfect condition and shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear since the time of purchase.

When returning a product, please pack it securely. We recommend using the original packaging in which the item was delivered. Please choose a safe and trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item has reached our studio. Refunds are made only to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

IMPORTANT!

Handbags created according to individual customer requests (made-to-order or personalised items) are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS:

Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. A proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, or other purchase confirmation document).

If goods are returned or exchanged due to a confirmed defect, all return shipping costs are covered by the Seller. If no defects are found after inspection, return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
