DELIVERY & PRODUCTION TIMES

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES:

If you purchase a ready-made Pelėda that is currently available in our studio, it will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is received. 

All Gėda Pelėda handbags are made to order, crafted especially for you. For this reason, production and delivery may take up to 6–8 weeks.

Buyers will be informed about the estimated production and shipping timeline via email.

IMPORTANT!

Within Lithuania, all Pelėda handbags are shipped FREE OF CHARGE via DPD courier service.

DELIVERY TERMS:

1. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details, including full name, delivery address, and phone number.

2. Goods are delivered to the person specified in the order form. If the specified person is unable to receive the goods and the delivery has been made to the address and based on the details provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to submit claims to the Seller regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient or other delivery discrepancies.

3. The Buyer may indicate in the order form that the goods should be delivered to a different Recipient. In such cases, the Buyer must provide the Recipient’s full name, phone number, and email address.

4. In cases where the ordered goods are not available in the Seller’s inventory, the Buyer will be informed about the shortage and the expected delivery timeframe.

5. If the Buyer or their authorised representative is unable to accept the goods in person and the delivery has been made to the address and based on the information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to submit claims regarding delivery discrepancies. If prepaid goods are not accepted by the Buyer or Recipient, additional shipping charges will apply for re-arranged deliveries.

6. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment. If goods are delivered via a courier service, the shipment is considered delivered in proper condition when the Buyer or Recipient confirms receipt electronically or when the shipment is marked as delivered in the courier’s tracking system. If the Buyer notices damaged packaging (crushed, wet, or otherwise visibly damaged), the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay, and no later than within 24 hours, by email, preferably attaching photos of the damaged packaging. If no notification is provided in accordance with the above procedure, the Seller shall not be liable for product damage caused by packaging defects or damage occurring during transportation.
